TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of uniform assortment: Delivery of shirts from daily and dress uniforms. White long-sleeve shirt for women. White long-sleeve shirt for men. White short-sleeve shirt for women. White short-sleeve shirt for men. Olive long-sleeve shirt for women. Olive long-sleeve shirt for men. Olive short-sleeve shirt for women. Olive short-sleeve shirt for men. For the needs of the organizational units of the State Forests in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The description of the contract subject is included in Annex No. 2 to the ToR. The quantities of the assortment are specified in Annex No. 1 (offer form). The quantities provided represent the maximum quantities of the contract subject that the Contracting Authority may order and serve for comparison and evaluation of offers. The contract execution conditions are set out in Annex No. 12 to the ToR - draft contract. The minimum warranty period for the entire assortment is 12 months.
