TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of equipment listed in Appendix No 1a to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the Functional and Utility Programme, constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, with the proviso that the equipment schedule applicable under this contract, constituting Appendix No 1a to the SWZ, applies. The delivery contractor selected by the Contracting Authority will be obliged, at its own cost, to tidy up the area in which it will carry out the delivery and, at its own cost, to repair any damage to equipment and the building (including restoring the property to its previous condition) resulting from any possible damage. All electronic devices covered by this contract must be started up and their correct operation verified. The Contractor is required to provide training for the person indicated by the Contracting Authority in the use of the electronic devices in a manner that enables their safe and efficient operation.
