TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part No 1: Supply of computer and multimedia equipment1. The subject of the contract for Part No 1 includes delivery, transport of the equipment in question, equipment meeting the requirements described in Appendix No 1 - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract for the building of the Municipal Centre for Culture in Kołczygłowy at Szkolna 1.2. The cost of delivery, preparation of the equipment and equipment for use must be included in the price of the supplied products and should not constitute a separate line item on the invoice.3. The Contractor must deliver all devices and elements that are necessary for proper functioning of the whole. If, during performance of the Subject of the Contract, it turns out that any device or element is missing, the absence of which would cause improper functioning of the whole of the Subject of the Contract, the Contractor shall supply it at its own cost.4. Carrying in the equipment covered by the contract shall be carried out using stairs to the first floor and ground floor. 5.
