TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task 1 – Purchase and delivery of furniture and interior equipment1. Delivery location – applies to each task: Cultural Centre – STACJA KULTURA in Dębnica Kaszubska, ul. Kościelna 41, 76-248 Dębnica kaszubska2. The supplied equipment, furnishings and teaching aids must have warranty cards and operating instructions in Polish.3. The Contractor is obliged to perform all activities necessary to carry out the subject of the contract in accordance with the purpose and essence of the agreement, including in particular its delivery, transport, unloading, bringing in and installation, as well as removal of waste generated from these activities. 4. The supplied equipment, furnishings and teaching aids must have marking with the CE symbol in accordance with the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 2 June 2016 on the requirements for electrical equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 806).5. The required minimum quality warranty period for each product is 24 months, unless the provisions of the Detailed description of the contract state otherwise.
