TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the supply together with installation (hereinafter: the Goods) of teaching equipment for the XXIX Secondary General Education School named after the Commission for National Education at the Complex of Technical Schools named after KEN, as part of the project entitled “Ogólniak na warsztat - support for general education in ZSB No. 1, ZSM and XX LO in Poznań,” co-financed from the funds of the European Union, under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027. 2) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the agreement – the Subject of the Agreement. 3) The supplied Goods must be brand new, unused, undamaged, free from encumbrances with rights of third parties, and of high quality. 4) The Contracting Authority requires the provision of a minimum 24-month warranty period for the supplied Goods specified in the subject matter of the contract, with the “door to door” option (all service handling costs will be borne by the Contractor), with the time for remedying a defect by the service specified at a maximum of 10 business days from the moment the defect is reported. 5) A detailed description of the…
