TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply of musical instruments, including grand pianos, as well as educational equipment for the needs of the Music Education Center of the Łódź Voivodeship, divided into six parts. The execution of the contract includes delivery, and within the scope indicated in the TOR, also assembly, installation, tuning, and commissioning of the instruments and equipment, as well as the provision of warranty services, in the scope detailed in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as "TOR"). The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the TOR – Annex No. 1 to the ToR and the draft contract provisions (hereinafter referred to as "DCP") – Annex No. 2 to the ToR.
