TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the Contract under Task no. 1 is the delivery of sleeping bags (300 pcs.). 2. A detailed description and requirements regarding the Subject of the Contract are contained in the Technical Specification (hereinafter: "TS") constituting Annex no. 1 to the ToR. The required assortment parameters divided by individual Tasks, referenced in point 4.1 of the ToR, are specified in Annex no. 1 to the TS. 3. The Subject of the Contract shall be performed in accordance with the TS and the Contract Template, constituting Annex no. 2 to the ToR. 1.
