TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. The subject of the contract is the delivery of non-medical and medical equipment and furniture for the Neonatology and Neonatal Intensive Care Clinic. A detailed description and method of contract performance is contained in the itemized price table annex no. 2 to the Terms of Reference (ToR) and the description of the subject of the contract (“OPZ”) annex no. 3 to the ToR, as well as the contract template annex no. 5 to the ToR. II. The Contracting Authority does not allow partial offers to be submitted. Dividing the contract into parts is not justified for organizational, technical, and functional reasons. The subject of the contract covers the delivery of comprehensive equipment intended for one strictly defined organizational unit – the Neonatology and Neonatal Intensive Care Clinic. The scope of the contract includes both medical and non-medical equipment, as well as furniture, which functionally serve to ensure proper equipment and organization of the Clinic’s usable space.
