TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of non-medical and medical equipment and furniture for the Neonatology and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are provided by the assortment-and-price table, Annex No 2 to the SWZ, and the description of the subject matter of the contract (“OPZ”), Annex No 3 to the SWZ, as well as the draft contract, Annex No 5 to the SWZ. II. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. Splitting the contract into parts is not justified for organisational, technical and functional reasons. The subject matter of the contract includes the delivery of comprehensive equipment intended for a single, strictly specified organisational unit – the Neonatology and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The scope of the contract includes both medical and non-medical equipment and furniture which, functionally, serve to ensure proper equipment and the organisation of the functional space used by the Unit.
