TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of measuring and testing equipment, in accordance with the requirements specified in this Terms of Reference. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the Terms of Reference - Description of the Subject of the Contract, Price Form and Draft Contract Provisions - respectively for the part of the contract. 3. The parameters given in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (annex no. 3 to the Terms of Reference) are to be treated as the minimum required parameters of the offered equipment. The contracting authority allows the offering of equipment with parameters better than requested. 4. Place of performance of the contract: Office of Technical Inspection, Central Laboratory of Technical Inspection ul. Ostrowska 388, 61-312 Poznań. 5.
