TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply of kitchen back-of-house equipment for a kindergarten facility in Kalonka in the Nowosolna municipality 3.1. The subject of the contract is the Supply of kitchen back-of-house equipment for a kindergarten facility in Kalonka in the Nowosolna municipality. 3.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract containing the values of the required minimum parameter requirements is provided in the Price Form (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ/Contract – Assortment-and-price Worksheet). 3.3. The delivery includes factory-new and unused equipment. 3.4. The term “delivery” shall mean supplying at the Contractor’s own cost and risk the equipment required by the Contracting Authority, its installation, installation of utilities, commissioning, and verification of proper operation. 3.5. The subject matter of the contract has not been divided into parts due to the fact that the entire contract constitutes equipment within a single industry.
