TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of kitchen back-of-house equipment for a preschool facility in Kalonka in the Municipality of Nowosolna 3.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of kitchen back-of-house equipment for a preschool facility in Kalonka in the Municipality of Nowosolna. 3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the values of the required minimum parameter values, is provided in the Price Form (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ/Contract – Assortment-and-Price Sheet). 3.3. The delivery includes brand-new and unused equipment. 3.4. The term “delivery” shall mean delivering, at the Contractor’s own cost and risk, the devices required by the Contracting Authority, as well as their installation, commissioning and start-up, and checking correct operation. 3.5. The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts due to the fact that the entire contract constitutes equipment within a single industry.
