TENDER DESCRIPTION

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in this SWZ and: 1) Appendix No. 1 – tender form; 2) Appendix No. 2 – assortment-and-price form which also constitutes a description of the subject matter of the contract; 3) Appendix No. 4 – draft contract. 1. All requirements specified in the SWZ and in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and compliance with them is mandatory. Failure to comply with the above minimum requirements will result in rejection of the tender as non-compliant with the contract terms and conditions on the basis of Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act. 2.
