Supply of medical devices together with the lease of a device for non-invasive respiratory support for premature infants and newborns for UCK Supply of medical devices together with the lease of a device for non-invasive respiratory support for premature infants and newborns for UCK1. The subject of the contract is: a. Medical devices for non-invasive respiratory support for premature infants and newborns (compatible with the non-invasive respiratory support device for premature infants and newborns as described in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ), in the quantities and with the requirements specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. b. Lease of the device for non-invasive respiratory support for premature infants and newborns, in accordance with the description in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ (compatible with the medical devices described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ).
