1. The subject of the contract is the Supply of medical devices. The subject of the contract has been divided into 11 parts/Lots, each of which constitutes a separate subject of the contract: Lot No 1 - Supply of a set for drainage of postoperative wounds Lot No 2 - Consumables for the Nouvag 3287 TCM 3000 BLP morcellator Lot No 3 - Supply of sensors for the tonometer Lot No 4 - Supply of surgical meshes Lot No 5 - Supply of laparoscopic materials Lot No 6 - Supply of laparoscopic accessories Lot No 7 - Mouthpieces for an breathalyzer Lot No 8 - Supply of ball needles Lot No 9 - Equipment for handling vascular ports Lot No 10 - Supply of operating drapes Lot No 11 - Supply of EEG electrodes 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1a to the SWZ – assortment-and-price form. 3.
