TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract, estimated quantities, and the method of contract execution are contained in the annexes to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as TOR), namely: 1) Annex No. 1 – Assortment and price form, 2) Annex No. 3 – Draft contract. Annex No. 1 to the TOR is attached by the Contractor to the offer. By completing the indicated positions in Annex No. 1 to the TOR, the Contractor confirms meeting the requirements set by the Ordering Party. 2. The method of execution of the subject of the contract is defined by the draft contract - sale with lending - Annex No. 3 to the TOR. 3. The maximum delivery time for a partial order is up to 5 working days (with consideration of further provisions of the TOR – the delivery time constitutes an evaluation criterion of offers). 4. Offered contract items must be complete, of high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and free from material, construction, and legal defects. 5.
