TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract, estimated quantities and the method for implementing the contract are included in the attachments to the Contracting Authority’s Terms of Procurement (hereinafter referred to as the “SWZ”), namely: 1) Annex No. 1 – Assortment-and-Price Form, 2) Annex No. 3 – Draft contract. The Contractor attaches Annex No. 1 to the SWZ to the offer. By completing the indicated items in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, the Contractor confirms compliance with the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. 2. The method for implementing the subject of the contract is specified in the draft contract — sale with lending/loaning (lease for use) — Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, 3. The maximum delivery deadline for a partial delivery of the order is up to 5 business days (with due regard to further provisions of the SWZ — the delivery deadline constitutes an offer evaluation criterion). 4. The offered items must be complete, of a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and also free from material, design and legal defects. 5.
