TENDER DESCRIPTION
DELIVERY OF A HIGH-CURRENT TESTER FOR DC CIRCUIT BREAKERS The subject of the contract includes: 1) delivery of a brand-new high-current tester for DC circuit breakers, together with a dedicated cart; 2) training of the Ordering Party’s personnel in the operation of the device. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms for performance of the contract have been specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ). Place of performance of the subject of the contract: Institute of Railways, J. Chłopickiego 50 Street, 04-275 Warsaw. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the place of performance to another one located in Warsaw or in its immediate vicinity. The place, date, and delivery details will be agreed by the Parties in advance at least 3 (three) business days before delivery. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor provides a minimum 24-month warranty for the subject of the contract.
