TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of diesel oil, consisting in enabling the Applicant’s vehicles to be refuelled at the Contractor’s fuel station. 2. The contract will be performed by refuelling the Applicant’s vehicles (currently the Applicant has 84 buses and 4 cars) at the Contractor’s fuel stations. The refuelling frequency will depend on the Applicant’s actual needs. 3. The expected demand for diesel oil during the period covered by the contract (12 months) amounts to 1 300 000 litres. 4. The Contracting Authority reserves that the quantity of diesel oil constitutes an estimated value; therefore indicating it at that level does not have any negative consequences for the Contracting Authority, in particular it does not result in any change to the discount in the event that, during the period covered by the agreement, it is necessary to order a larger or smaller quantity of fuel.
