The subject of the contract is: DELIVERY – PURCHASE OF MPS EQUIPMENT FOR THE NEEDS OF LAND FORCES AND AIR FORCES, TOGETHER WITH INSTALLATION – MOBILE FUEL TANK 1000 l, according to the assortment-and-quantity schedule included in the tender form, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (terms of reference). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and requirements for it are contained in the Draft contract provisions (together with the attachments), constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Draft contract provisions together with the attachments.
