TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 19 units of simulation mannequins for the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service (KW PSP) in Gorzów Wielkopolski with technical parameters and equipment in accordance with the content of the specification. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No 1A “Description of the subject of the contract for training mannequins together with the training package”, constituting the “Minimum technical and operational requirements”. The detailed conditions for performance are set out in Appendix No 4 to the SWZ “Draft contractual provisions”. 5. The minimum warranty period for the equipment is 24 months. The period of liability under warranty is equal to the warranty period.
