TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of social facilities of the type “Mobile Changing Room” on trailers for the needs of the State Fire Service: on one trailer, together with complete equipment and a self-contained power supply system – 2 units. 2. The subject of the contract must be performed within the scope and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in Annex No 1 thereto entitled “Description of the subject of the contract” (hereinafter also referred to as “OPZ”), and in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed requirements regarding performance of the contract are also set out in Annex No 7 to the SWZ entitled “Contract Drafting Provisions” (hereinafter also referred to as “PPU”). 3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide at least 24 months of warranty and statutory liability (the statutory liability period will be equal to the warranty period) starting from the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract.
