TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) The agreement will be valid for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement, and in the event that the entire subject of the contract is not selected to exhaust the assortment in accordance with the needs of the Contracting Authority, no longer than 36 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement, at the prices included in the agreement. b) Delivery of medical equipment in the entire required range of sizes, together with a handover protocol for consignment including the initial condition of the medical assortment with itemized positions, shall be carried out within 5 business days from the date of conclusion of the agreement. Replenishment of the consignment on the basis of the call referred to in point c) will be carried out directly to the Central Consignment Point located in the Medical Warehouse of the Provincial Integrated Hospital in Kielce, which has accepted the medical assortment into consignment and accounts for its usage. c) The Contractor undertakes to systematically replenish the used medical equipment within a period of up to 5 business days from the date of receipt of the call for delivery.
