TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply of plasmafereesis sets along with the lease of plasma separators 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of 2,900 pcs of single-use, single-needle plasmafereesis sets along with the lease of 3 plasma separators over a period of 24 months for the Regional Blood Donation and Treatment Centre in Wałbrzych. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No 1 to the SWZ – OPZ, as well as in the contract template constituting Annex No 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to determine the final size of the supply of sets depending on the number of donors, which is subject to certain fluctuations for reasons beyond the Contracting Authority’s control. The possibility of reducing or increasing by 20% (maximum) the number of sets together with the required accessories is permitted.
