TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of plasma collection sets compatible with the owned Aurora separator along with ACD-A anticoagulant solution. 2. A detailed description of the delivery being the subject of this procedure is contained in the "Assortment and Price Sheet" constituting Annex No. 2 to the ToR. This description should be read together with the changes to the content of the ToR, which may result, for example, from answers given to contractors' inquiries. 3. The contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 9 to the ToR. 4.
