TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task No 1 – delivery of wound dressing sets for vacuum therapy for wound treatment, together with the lease of 3 devices. The item assortment-quantity-price specification, the required technical and operational parameters, and other quality requirements relating to the main elements constituting the subject matter of the contract are set out in Appendix No 2/1 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is required to complete and attach to the tender. The price specification for the leased subject matter is set out in Appendix No 2/1a to the SWZ, which the Contractor is required to complete and attach to the tender. Pursuant to the requirement specified in Article 246(2) of the Polish Public Procurement Law (ustawa Pzp), the Contracting Authority, applying the price criterion with a weight exceeding 60%, specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix No 2/1 to the SWZ) quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject matter of the contract.
