TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. Subject of the contract1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of software sets and licences for operation of the Offensive Cybersecurity Module and Forensic Computing for the Maritime University of Szczecin, as part of the investment project entitled “Extension and modernisation of the laboratory facility of the Maritime University of Szczecin”2) The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the description of the Ordering Party’s requirements with regard to performance and acceptance specify:- the description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No 1a (Task No 1) to the SWZ.- the drafted provisions of the contract, specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No 3 to the SWZ. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute the Ordering Party’s requirements, and compliance with them is mandatory.
