1. The subject of the contract is the supply of wood chips and sawdust for energy purposes for biomass heating plants in the town of Czarna Woda. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the OPZ constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ and in the drafted provisions of the contract constituting Annex No 9 to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial tenders. 5. The Contracting Authority does not allow for the submission of variant tenders. 6.
