TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of milk and dairy products. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract with regard to minimum quality requirements is provided by: Annex No 5 to the SWZ. 3. A detailed quantitative specification is set out in Annex No 1A to the SWZ. This Annex also constitutes the form for calculating the offered price. 4. The proposed contractual provisions (Annex No 4 to the SWZ) are also an integral part of the description of the subject matter of the contract. 1.
