TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of food items in the assortment and quantities specified in Appendix No 2. The quantities provided are estimated requirements for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out deliveries only during the period of classes. Food items covered by this procedure must meet the requirements of Polish standards PN or European harmonised standards, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 26 July 2016 on the group of foodstuffs intended for sale to children and young people in units of the education system and the requirements that foodstuffs used as part of collective catering for children and young people in those units must meet (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2016, item 1154, dated 2016.08.01). The contractor shall deliver a fresh Class I product with an appropriate use-by date: a. Food items b. Dairy products – at least 21 days before the end of validity c. Bread For each delivery of goods, the contractor is required to attach a commercial identification document.
