TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial bids, provided that the bid must include the pricing of the entire range of goods constituting the subject matter of the contract within the selected part. 2. Each Contractor may submit a bid for all parts or for the parts selected by the Contractor. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of parts the performance of which may be entrusted to one Contractor. 3. The type and quantity of the ordered assortment are included in the price form – Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor shall prepare the bid by specifying unit prices for the individual assortment items. The price form – Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ shall constitute the basis for financial settlements under the contract for the award of a public contract. 5. The Contracting Authority is entitled to change the assortment provided for in the Price Form – Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ to another assortment provided therein (decrease or increase in quantity), provided that the value of the entire contract may not increase.
