TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply/Purchase of a 9-seater vehicle adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities „Vehicle for persons with disabilities” — BUS for WTZ 2026 The subject of the contract is the delivery of one brand-new, accident-free BUS-type vehicle, manufactured in 2026, category M1, with an allowable gross vehicle weight of up to 3,500 kg, adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities, including one person who remains in a wheelchair. The vehicle must provide, in the basic configuration, 9 seats: the driver and 8 passengers. In the configuration with a wheelchair, at least a driver’s seat is required, 5 passenger seats on seats, and a place for one person remaining in a wheelchair, i.e., at least 7 persons in total. A configuration change shall be carried out according to the rules specified in the OPZ. Both configurations must be covered by documentation of the final vehicle enabling its registration in Poland. The delivery includes the base vehicle, the bodywork and equipment required by the OPZ, a complete set of two rail ramps, the wheelchair mounting and passenger securing system, markings, documentation of the final vehicle, and training for at least two persons.…
