TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning and on the basis of the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2026 item 43, hereinafter referred to as: “Energy Law”) to the COS in Warsaw in an estimated quantity of 2 500 MWh in the period from 1.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 2. The detailed method of performance of the subject of the contract has been specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions. 3. The Contractor is required to have a signed General Distribution Agreement with the relevant Distribution System Operator to which the facilities of the Contracting Entity are connected. 1.
