TENDER DESCRIPTION

1.1. Part 1 — Buildings 1.1.1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of comprehensive electricity supply and the provision of electricity distribution service for buildings listed in Appendix No. 1 to the contract template for the period from 1 January 2027 for 12 months (subject to the provisions of § 8(2) of the contract template). The detailed conditions of the contract are set out in the contract template — Appendix No. 14 to the SWZ. 1.1.2. The subject matter of the contract in Part 1 is the provision of comprehensive electricity supply, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution service to the Ordering Party — its electricity offtake points listed in Appendix No. 1 to the Contract template. The quality parameters of electricity are set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws 2025, item 919).
