TENDER DESCRIPTION

„Supply of oils, coffee, spices and juices and drinks” 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of food products for military garrisons located in Łask and Sieradz. 2. The contract has been divided into 4 parts: Part 1 – sauces, soups, spices, honey; Part 2 – oils and vegetable fats; Part 3 – coffee and tea; Part 4 – non-alcoholic beverages. 3. The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting partial tenders, with the proviso that the tender must include the pricing of the entire assortment that is the subject matter of the contract within the selected part. 4. Each Contractor may submit a tender for all parts or for selected parts of the contract at its own discretion. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of parts the performance of which may be entrusted to a single Contractor. 5. The type of assortment ordered is included in the price form – Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 6. The Contractor prepares its tender by specifying unit prices for the individual items of the assortment.
