TENDER DESCRIPTION

DELIVERY OF VEGETABLES AND FRUIT FOR THE MILITARY UNIT NO 2286 1. The subject of the contract is: “Delivery of vegetables and fruit for the Military Unit No 2286”. 2. The subject of the contract comprises food products: vegetables and fruit to ensure the feeding of personnel and the operation of collective catering facilities of the Military Unit No 2286 in 2026. 15300000-1 – fruits, vegetables and similar products,3. The quantity of the ordered assortment includes the price form – Annex No 3 to the SWZ. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No 6 to the SWZ. 5. The Contracting Authority provides the option right, in accordance with Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp). The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of increasing deliveries on the basis of the option right up to 100% of the basic contract. The optional contract comprises Annex No 3 to the SWZ and § 5 OPTION RIGHT in Annex No 4 – the contract template.
