TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of brand-new (year of production 2026) medical equipment - Anaesthesia machines, as part of the replacement of the equipment base for saving patients’ lives in the A&E Department (SOR), the Radiology and Imaging Diagnostics Department, the Operating Theatre, the Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit, as implementation of a subsidy from the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship for the task “Improvement of the treatment facility base” on the basis of Annex No 5 dated 23 March 2026 to the Agreement No DZ-N/13/2025 dated 12 February 2025, according to the following part: Task 1 Anaesthesia machines. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been listed and described in: “Price Form” (Annex No 2), “Parameter Card” (Annex No 3), “Contractual Provisions” (Annex No 4), which constitute an integral part of the Specification of the Terms of the Contract (SWZ).
