TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the procedure is successive deliveries of grocery products. The subject of the contract will be carried out within Package I, in the assortment specified in Appendix No 1.1 to the SWZ, which also constitutes the Price Form. 2. The subject of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the document entitled “Description of the subject of the contract”, which is an attachment to the SWZ, and in accordance with the provisions of the contract template — Appendix No 4 to the SWZ. In this, as part of the deliveries, the Contracting Authority requires, among other things: - The supplied assortment shall be Class I, fresh and labelled in accordance with the applicable standard. Delivery by net weight. - Deliveries shall be carried out continuously, 2–3 times per week from Monday to Friday, to the Contracting Authority’s food warehouse, between 7:00 and 13:00, with delivery, bringing into the warehouse, and quantitative and qualitative verification in the presence of the Contractor.
