TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of single-use assortment for the Department of General and Oncological Urology (hereinafter referred to as the goods), in the type and quantities specified in the price form constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No 4 to this SWZ, i.e. according to the following tasks: Task No 1: Deliveries of sets for percutaneous nephrostomy using the two-stage method of the two step type, Task No 2: Deliveries of sets for percutaneous nephrostomy using the one-stage method Task No 3: Deliveries of urological ureteral plaques; Task No 4: Deliveries of urological drains for flushing pumps compatible with the flushing pump PV-5201U from Vimex Endoscopy, which is in possession of the Contracting Authority, Task No 5: Deliveries of single-use sets for ureterorenoscopy; Task No 6: Deliveries of testicular prostheses, Task No 7: Deliveries of single-use assortment in accordance with the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract included in the price form constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ.
