TENDER DESCRIPTION

DELIVERIES – Supply of an Autolaweta (tow truck) vehicle with a trailer, for the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa (II) 1) The subject of the contract in this procedure is the delivery of 1 (one) Autolaweta (tow truck) vehicle with a trailer to the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms for performance of the contract are specified in: Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject of the contract and the draft contract, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 3) Required period of uniform warranty and liability under the warranty: a) required uniform warranty: minimum 36 months – maximum 60 months (a criterion assessed); b) liability under the warranty: 2 (two) years. 4) Quality standards referred to in Article 246(2) of the ActQuality standards for the service covered by this procedure have been specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, i.e. in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, as well as in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
