TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of poultry and poultry offal for CRR KRUS NIWA during the term of the contract, in quantities and assortment specified in Annex No 1A.1 to the SWZ – Contract assortment – the pricing spreadsheet determining the tender price. The requirements and the Contractor’s obligations related to performance of the contract are included in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ, including the annex Contract assortment – the pricing spreadsheet determining the tender price, which also constitutes a detailed description of the subject matter of this contract, in the Tender Form and in the Draft Contract. The required time for performance of the contract is 12 months calculated from 01 January 2027. A tender submitted for a given Task must cover the entire scope of the subject matter of the contract provided for in the SWZ for that Task.
