    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    1. Subject of the contract: electricity, CPV code: 09310000-5 Electricity. 1) The subject of the Contract is the successive supply of electricity for the needs of the Maritime Port Authority of Gdynia S.A., confirmed by guarantees of origin from renewable energy sources (RES). 2) Guarantees of origin for the submitted Order will apply to: a) 100% of energy purchased for own needs; b) 40% of energy purchased for further resale. 3) The Contractor is obliged to supply electricity for own needs, of which 100% originates from renewable energy sources (RES), and to supply electricity for further resale, of which 40% originates from renewable energy sources (RES), in accordance with the definition contained in the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2026, item 68). The origin of energy from RES must be confirmed by valid guarantees of origin issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
