TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Subject of the contract. 1.1. Within the performance of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Contracting Authority, for remuneration (delivery), electrical materials – standard light sources approved for placing on the market in the intra-Community market (CE). 1.2. The detailed scope, type, parameters and quantities of the individual elements of the subject of the contract are set out in Appendix No 1 to the specification. 2. Delivery conditions. 2.1. At the Contracting Authority’s requests, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver the elements of the subject of the contract successively during the term of the contract, in batches (maximum in 30 batches), within 14 calendar days from the date the Contracting Authority places the order. 2.2. The quantity and type of the individual elements of the subject of the contract that will be sold and delivered in one batch depend on the Contracting Authority’s needs and will be specified in the order referred to in point 4.1. 2.3.
