TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Subject of the contract. 1.1 As part of performance of this contract, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Contracting Authority, for remuneration (delivery), electrical materials – specialist light sources approved for circulation on the intra-Community market (CE). 1.2 The detailed type, parameters and quantities of the individual elements of the subject matter of the contract are set out in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, which is available at: https://kopalniawieliczka.ezamawiajacy.pl 2. Delivery conditions. 2.1 Electrical materials – specialist light sources will be delivered by the Contractor to orders of the Contracting Authority, successively, in batches, during the term of the contract in up to a maximum of 30 batches. 2.2 The quantity and type of electrical materials – specialist light sources to be delivered in one batch depend on the needs of the Contracting Authority and will be specified in a written order. 2.3 Orders for the delivery of electrical materials – specialist light sources will be placed and communicated to the Contractor by electronic mail. 2.4 The Contractor undertakes to deliver electrical materials – specialist light…
