Part I: Continuous supply of beef and pork meat, pork offal (deliveries 2 times per week of selected assortment): 1. Pork liver: 1500 kg 2. Pork stewing meat (class II): 3500 kg 3. Ground beef: 1600 kg. A detailed description of the parameters and requirements of the Contracting Authority is set out in the assortment specification, constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ.
