TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the contract consists of successive deliveries: Part I – meat – Appendix 1 A to the SWZ in the period from 01.01.2027 to 30.06.2027, to the following locations: a) Social Care Home Dom Kombatanta i Pioniera Ziemi Szczecińskiej, ul. Romera 21-29, 71-246 Szczecin; b) Daily Social Care Home, ul. Potulicka 40, 70-234 Szczecin; The quantity of deliveries, the delivery time, as well as the scope of the deliveries are specified in Appendices No. 3A to the contract (constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the Price Summary Form (Appendix 1A to the SWZ).
