TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for biochemical and immunochemical tests along with the lease of analyzers for the aforementioned tests. 2. The offered subject of the contract must comply with the requirements of the Contracting Authority described in the Terms of Reference (TOR) and with the applicable laws in Poland. Furthermore, the subject of the contract must have CE marking, declarations of conformity, attestations, certificates, and registration certificates if required by law. Medical devices must additionally have certificates of admission to trade and use in Polish healthcare facilities. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract along with the required parameters, as well as the quantity demand, is specified in Annex No. 2 to the TOR – Price Form and Annex No. 3 to the TOR – Description of the Subject of the Contract. 1.
