TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject matter of the contract is: "Delivery of diesel fuel" depending on the ambient temperature (season) respectively: • summer, • transitional, • winter, meeting the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economic Affairs of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, pursuant to Annex No. 3 – diesel fuel “standard” (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended). 2. Total order volume: 6,500,000 litres of diesel fuel (6,500 m3). The stated amount of the Contracting Authority’s annual fuel demand during the term of the contract may increase or decrease by at most 20%. 3. The place of performance of the contract is: - a fuel station within the Base premises in Katowice, ul. Mickiewicza 59 – 70% of deliveries, - a fuel station within the Base premises in Katowice, ul. 1-go Maja 152 – 30% of deliveries. 4. The performance period of the contract is 12 consecutive months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 1.
