TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of fruits, vegetables and similar products in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (minimum quality requirements) - Appendix No 5 to the SWZ, in assortment and quantities in accordance with the price form - Appendix No 3 to the SWZ and the draft contract provisions - Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of performance of the contract are provided in the draft contract provisions (together with the annexes). 3. Deliveries of foodstuffs will be carried out on a successive basis. 4. The quality parameters and the required (minimum) warranty period have been specified in Appendix No 5 to the SWZ (PDF) - Description of the subject of the contract (Minimum Quality Requirements). The Contracting Authority requires the supplier to provide a warranty for the offered subject of the contract on terms consistent with those set out in the Description of the subject of the contract. 5.
