TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of bread for the Social Welfare Home in Pleszew in 2027 1. The subject of the contract are periodically recurring deliveries of fresh bread for the Social Welfare Home in Pleszew in 2027. The delivered goods should be produced in accordance with applicable laws in this regard. 2. Deliveries made by the Contractor will be delivered to two locations: 1) to the Employer’s facilities located at Pl. Wolności im. Jana Pawła II 5, 63-300 Pleszew – approx. 70% of the total assortment, 2) to the Employer’s facilities located at ul. Pleszewska 2 in Fabianowo, 63-330 Dobrzyca – approx. 30% of the total assortment. 3. The Employer, together with each order submitted each time, will specify the quantities of goods, broken down by delivery location, in accordance with the provisions of point III.2 of the SWZ. 4. The Employer will place orders by means of electronic mail, by telephone, or in person on working days in the hours 700–1500. 5. The goods delivered, which are the subject of the contract, must meet the applicable quality requirements, comply with the applicable sanitary and epidemiological standards, and be stored and transported in conditions guaranteeing the highest quality.…
